"Thank you for a great experience at your dealership recently! My company sent me to your facility because of a rusted air tank causing a leak that needed to be repaired immediately. As soon as I walked into your building, your service specialist, Jeff Ellis, greeted me and began processing my service request. Jeff was very respectful and courteous and made me feel very welcome. He knew I was in a bit of a hurry, so he let me know the time frame to expect and my trailer was in a bay being repaired much quicker than I expected. As I sat in my truck watching TV while waiting, I heard a knock on my door and looked out to see Jeff. He was about to leave for the day and just wanted to give me an update on what was going on and what to expect. That was so impressive to me that he would take the time to do that and that it mattered to him. So in a world filled with poor service and minimal customer service skills, this was a really great experience thanks to your employee Jeff Ellis. !!!!!!!!"
